Friendly professional couple with a homely room to rent! : Birmingham : £81pw Hi, Due to a wedding to be saved for we have a lovely spare room available. The rest of the house is free for you to use and feel comfortable and homely in as well! I (30) work away quite a bit and my girlfriend (25) is a teacher. £350 comes with a study, fibre broadband and all bills (providing it doesn't get crazy!).
