Double room in calm Gay friendly house - Leafy Edgbaston : Edgbaston : £84pw A double room within a lovely calm house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Newnham Road, which is located in B16 between Edgbaston, Bearwood and Harborne, not far from the Hagley Road. It’s ideally suited to someone who’s looking for a home with nice people rather than just a room to use. The house has a great garden, a big kitchen with Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher .Separate dining room, lounge, downstairs toilet and parking. There’s three bedrooms and a bathroom. The room has double glazing, a double bed, a desk and chair, mirror and large wardrobe space along one wall. I’m Paul and work in theatre in town so I’m working most evenings. Vesela is a 26 yo Working Student and shares the house with me so that means there’s a room free for another friendly person. We do look after the house and we’re looking for someone who appreciates it. The house is about 1. 5 miles away from the city centre, and takes about 10 minutes by bus. It’s a nice walk or quick cycle ride too. The City hospital is very close and its a short ride to the many university campuses. There’s a local Tesco Metro about 8 mins walk away. There’s plenty of buses in all directions. Harborne is only 1. 5 miles away too with it’s great High Street, shops and quality bars and restaurants.
