£100pw, Polesworth (B78): "New modern house share in excellent location" the house has new modern interior brand new kitchen and bathroom. I have had all brand new modern furniture including a large plasma and new pc. I have sky tv broadband in the house. I keep the place tidy. I cook sometimes but eat out mostly.
