Some items can be taken out if you would like them too. Preferably would prefer someone who wants to live here in the week Monday to Friday as I would like to use the room on weekends, however this is quite tricky to find so if the right tenant comes along then I will rent it out full term. I am moving back to my home address this is my uni address so the property is available until the end of June 2013. The property had two bathrooms, a communal kitchen and living area.
