Single room in 3 bedroomed houseshare inc all Bills : Birmingham : £51pw I have a single room to rent in my property in Erdington which overlooks the large well kept back garden, the room would suit a working non smoking professional and you would be living with a Polish girl and an English guy. There is some storage and furniture in the room and the house has all the mod cons like dishwasher, virgin tv and broadband, all the bills are also included in the monthly rent. The house is located close to the shops on Erdington high street and is a 5 min walk to the bus stops that go into the center of Birmingham which takes around 15min. I would require 1 months rent as a deposit (£220.00)and 1 months rent in advance before you move in and I would prefer to rent the room for a min of 5 months.
