Miss : Birmingham : £46pw Hi there!! We have a single room (but almost a double sized room) available from 11th Dec 2012. Rent is £200 and bills are shared (expect around £50 per month for bills at most. It will be a lot less in summer). Contract is at least till the end of Sep 2012. The house has four bedrooms, three in upstairs with the bathroom. You room is in downstairs with kitchen and spacious living room. We also have a garage and a beautiful backgarden. The room (front, upstairs) is fully furnished with -wooden floor -desk and chair -double bed -wardrobe -a bedside drawer -a bedside table The house is located in a safe area, around 15 min walk from Sainsbury and 30 min walk from the University. The bus stop for 448 (which goes to the University Station) and X64 (which goes to the city centre) is just 3 min away. Local shops on Strathdene road are 2 min away. At the moment, one male and one female, both postgrad are living in the house. We are looking for an easy-going and mature sharer, preferably a postgrad student.
