About the flat: The apartment is in the Jupiter buildings, 5 mins from Brindley Place, Tesco Edgbaston and Broad Street, so really central. The house is quite new (build approx. 10 years ago) and the area is safe (CCTV), clean and quiet. Luxurious apartment with big open-plan living area with dining area and kitchen and access to a small balcony. The room itself has two wardrobes, a double bed and a bed stand. It comes with its own bathroom, which also has a bathtub. Also comes with a parking place in the car park. The rent is 340, excluding bills. Bills are approximately 80 per month water, electricity, TV license and broadband). Similar flats in these buildings are on the market for 425 excluding bills, so 340 is a good price.
