Fun grad houshare -male wanted nr City Centre - parking : Edgbaston : £81pw We are three girls, two guys aged 24-27 years old, and we're looking for a male housemate to restore the gender balance. We're a mix of engineering,psychology, teaching and computer games so we cover a fair few professions! We're quite a sporty house, along with the occasional dinner party, film night, house party, or general night on the razz. The room available is a large double, with a bathroom shared with one other (lovely) person. The house is close to the city centre, spacious, and has a massive back garden with a big brick BBQ. Usual mod cons, internet, off road parking, two laundry rooms, and a big dining table.
