£385pcm, Harborne (B17): "Friendly double room in central Harborne" Hi, Were looking for a new housemate. Moving date is flexible from mid December to early Jan (ideally). The house is rented from an agent between us so the price reflects the current split of the rent/tax/bills etc. so more than likely the new housemate would pay 385 to the agent and wouldnt need to deal with bills (but we share back any over pay or under pay on heat and gas).
