£250pcm, Northfield (B31): "Room to Let" I have a 10ft by 6ft room which could fit single or double bed inside. The Flat has off road parking and a rear garden. The living room, Kitchen and Bathroom are shared. Bedroom has a small wardrobe with mirrored front should this be required but can be removed if not and curtains on the window.
