£175pcm each, Barnt Green (B45): "2 rooms available for one person or a couple" There are 2 rooms available on the 3rd floor of our house, suitable for either one person (350pcm) or a couple (400pcm). The rooms could also be rented out to 2 friends (400pcm). There is a separate bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. We are vegetarian but dont mind meat eaters. We have had lodgers for the past 5 years and enjoy sharing our house. We also have 2 cats. There is a large garden which can be used.
