Luxurious double bedroom with en-suite, close to city centre, train station and university : Coventry : £92pw We have a double bedroom, formerly the master bedroom available. It has an en-suite shower room and stunning views over the city centre. You'd be sharing with Matt & Andy, the owners, and our small dog, 'Ace'. We hope to find someone relatively quiet and respectful, ideally a professional. The availability is for a single person, not a couple. The house is very modern and well maintained, parking is freely available outside and all bills including wi-fi broadband are included. We'd also consider negotiating the rent should someone who only needs a room a few days a week be interested.
