Lovely double room for rent in Moseley : Birmingham : £61pw Hello! I live in a lovely house right in the center of Moseley with 2 guys (who are musicians...and both amazing!). I am looking to go travel to the far East come the New Year and am looking to sublet my room for a few months. From January - March OR April I will be away. The room is 265 plus bills (which are around 50 - 60 quid a month). But since the room needs to be taken for only a few months, I will cover the cost of bills while I am away so you just pay the rent!! The house is located on a quiet road, just around the corner from all the pubs and shops one could want. Its a minutes walk away from the bus stops for the 35, 50 and 1. The bus takes around 10 mins to reach the city center. All people are welcome! At the house its all easy-going and open minded!
