Female vegetarian wanted - lovely room in peaceful house - £330 incl bills : Birmingham : £76pw Lovely room in the rear of a house on a quiet residential street in Stirchley available, with view of the River Rea and sunsets. I'm looking for someone to share with my current lodger - I live in London and come up to do gardening/maintenance once every 2 months, staying one night in the house. You'll be sharing with a friendly, interesting 35-year old female who is quiet and tidy. Co-op shop is 2 minutes' walk away. Good bus connections (45, 47) into city centre and the to Birmingham University/Queen Elizabeth Hospital (the no 76 runs every 20 minutes and stops at the end of the road a mere 30 seconds away!). You can walk to Kings Heath in 15 minutes or catch the 27 or 76 bus. Rent £330 a month including all bills except some phone calls. Looking for someone who is strictly veggie/vegan, quiet and tries to live quite greenly. Ideally you'd be someone who would appreciate the special calm atmosphere this house has to offer. Garage available for car at back of house if needed, otherwise on-street parking. The River Rea Route is across the green space at the back of the house and it's a 20 minute walk to Cannon Hill Park and the MAC. Kings Heath Park and Highbury Park are also within a few minutes' walk. Garden has a greenhouse. Neighbours on both sides are nice and very quiet. http://www.gumtree.com/p/flats-houses/female-vegetarian-wanted--lovely-room-in-peaceful-house--330-incl-bills-birmingham-76pw/1002649852 http://ifttt.com/images/no_image_card.png
