The room is spacious and comes with a bed, chester drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. It is situated on the first floor next to a bathroom and 2 other rooms. The house itself consists of a lounge, kitchen diner, 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and downstairs) and a garden. It is £68pw (295pcm) and it includes water, internet and phone. On street parking is available if you have a car but morrisons is a 5 minute walk down the road and coventry university/the city centre is a 10 minute walk, but there is a bus stop near by if you require that transport.
