Single room in a clean house in Earlsdon : Earlsdon : £83pw I have a nice spacious single room in a terrace house in Earlsdon, south of Coventry. The room is bright, clean and fully furnished with desk and chair too. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room. Very quiet residential area, 15 min walk to the city centre and train station and 3 min walks to local pubs, restaurants and shops. The house is two minutes walk from bus route no. 12 to both Warwick and Coventry Universities. As per myself I am friendly, tidy and clean and I would expect the lodger to be considerate and have similar approach. The house is very quiet and kept immaculately tidy at all times so if you are looking for a party place with lots of socialising and you're not fussed about neatness, this is probably not for you. The rent is all inclusive, broadband too; £83 a week or £360 a month depending on the length of the stay and on how we agree. I do consider short term stays of one or two weeks.
