ROOM TO RENT IN SELLY OAK. NICELY FURNISHED DOUBLE ROOM CLOSE TO UoB- £70/week £70pw : Selly Oak : £70pw I am a third year male student at the University of Birmingham seeking a replacement housemate as my existing one is leaving University and looking to leave as soon as possible. The prospective tenant must be clean, tidy and respectful of me and my possessions. I am not looking for a new friend or somebody to do things with, simply somebody who requires a room in the Selly Oak area. The rent is £70 per week or £300 a month and the tenancy runs until 30th June 2013. Bills are not included and will cost approximately £40 per month (to be paid to me). We have 60mb high speed broadband already installed. The room on offer is a spacious double bedroom and has a desk. Selly Oak train station is a 15 minute walk and the University of Birmingham is roughly 25 minutes. Also, there is a bus service that runs from the bottom of the road straight into town by the Bullring.
