Professional house share looking for a new housemate : Birmingham : £87pw Due to a new job I am moving out of my current house share on the 2nd November. I am looking for someone to fill my room, preferably female in order to maintain a good balance of the sexes.The current house mates are all professionals and very friendly. The house has been recently renovated and has fibreoptic broadband and virgin TV. The kitchen is large with three fridge freezers, a double oven, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space, all kitchenware is provided. There are two bathrooms (one for the boys and one for the girls) plus a separate toilet. You should never need to wait! The room is on the first floor and contains a leather double bed, two double wardrobes, a desk and a chest of drawers. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
