Looking for someone who wants to stay more longterm if possible. The house is not far from Walsgrave Hospital, Walsgrave Triangle, Tesco's Arena, Prologis Park and Galagar Retail park. There are bus stops to all of these locations and the city centre. As soon as you visit the house I'm confident that you will be impressed. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. I consider myself as being an easy going, fun, tidy and professional. The room is fully decorated, with new furniture and a double bed. The house comprises a large kitchen, lounge, utility room and two toilets. All bills are included including Council Tax, TV Licence, electricity, Water rates, Telephone line and broadband wireless internet. The room is £305 per month. Remember that the location of the house would probably not suit those working in the south of the city (ie. near the university). The room is available 03/11/12.
