one single one double all bills included free internet : Tile Hill : £81pw Hi my name is kasia. I have a double room in tile hill cv4 area. Private letting. It is a 4 bedroom house 2 bathrooms, nice size garden good for barbecue. I have a garage with gym equipment for everybody to share. The house is clean and I'm looking for anybody who can respect the house. I also have a single for £260pcm Double £350 pcm Deposit £100, no contract . Deposit is just for keys. I provide all cleaning materials & toilet roll. All bills included, fully furnished & white goods, twin oven, dishwasher, dyson washing machine (takes 30 min per wash), free internet. There are 2 train station's very close to house (Canley and Tile Hill). Only 100 meters away from bus stops on Tile Hill Lane and on Torrington Avenue, all of witch go to city centre and there is a bus stop going to warwick uni from sainsburrys. Supermarket sainsburry, local shops and take aways are in close walking distance.
