Large double bedroom, ensuite, great area. : Jewellery Quarter : £104pw I have for let a large double bedroom that opens up onto the balcony, floor to ceiling windows in the hub appartment complex in the Jewellery quarter. I rent the flat and have permission to sub let for a new flatmate as the current one has relocated for work. No real preference for type of flatmate, as long as you are a decent person - clean is also important to me, then come and have a viewing and a chat. The rent is 450 plus bills (half council tax, elec and water). I cover the sky(sports included) and the broadband.
