House share - 3 rooms walking distance to Warwick University : Coventry : £58pw There are three rooms available to rent in the house - one small room(£250 per month) and two large rooms (£300 per month). This includes water bills. Each room is furnished with a bed frame and mattress, wardrobe and desk as a minimum. Gas, Electricity, Internet/ Telephone: Shared between the housemates Deposit: One month's rent. The house is clean and spacious, including a large conservatory. The kitchen is particularly very large and has lots of storage space for individual kitchen utensils etc, and a dining area. There are two bathrooms in the house. The house is a 25- 35 mins walk away from Warwick university, and 20 mins walk from Tesco big supermarket. There is a bus stop 50 yards from the house, and there are buses that come there that go to university, Tesco, and 3 or 4 per hour that go to town also.
