The house & the room have been totally refurbished to a very high standard including all new electrics, central heating, carpeting, lock etc. The room has two large built-in wardrobes for storage & a generously sized wash basin. Also on the same floor is a bathroom, separate WC and a large all new shared kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The rent includes gas, electric, Council Tax, 60mb fibre-optic broadband, water rates & tv license. Local shops are within a few minutes walk of the house and include a Tesco Express, Post Office and convenience stores. Transport links are excellent with the A456 at one end of the road & the A4040 Outer ring road at the other. Very frequent Buses to City Centre are on the Hagley Road & the Outer Circle buses run on City Road. There is an off-road parking space available and plenty of safe on-street parking outside the house. Would prefer an employed male (no DSS). Smoking is ok in the room but not in communal areas.
