Double room in the heart of Moseley : Moseley : £92pw Hi there, My name is Ian and have a double room available in the heart of Moseley. The room is recently decorated, partly furnished and is available from November (different to pic). I am totally flexible on dates. I am looking for a working professional who is clean, tidy, non smoker preferably and also enjoys going out socializing. I am 31, work in the city centre and have been in Moseley for around 6 years (originally from Bath). If you are new to the city this is one of the better areas as it has excellent transport links to the city and has a community feel to the place. There is always plenty to do in the area with a large range of shops, restaurants, bars etc. I also have access to the Moseley park which is only available to residents with a b13 postcode. It's a great retreat just two minutes away that offers a little oasis of peace and quiet or a great place to meet up friends and lap up the sun. If you like your sport the cricket ground is just 15 minutes walk and also the rugby club is just a short distance away. For the house there is a well presented garden that I often use for bbqs. There is a bathroom that will be generally just for your use I have an ensuite in my room. There is plenty of storage space with two loft spaces and I have recently converted the third bedroom into a games room which has pool table and dart board for a little in house entertainment on those rainy days. On the map it looks like the house is right by the train track. This isn't the case and I have never heard one. There is on street parking and also a car park very nearby that is free after 6 pm and on Sundays. In all my time here I only failed to park in the road just a handful of times so it's not really an issue.
