A cosy and lovely single room available now : Coventry/coundon : £70pw A cosy and lovely single room available now in a modern, warm and cosy family house very close to Coventry city centre. The room is basic but comfortable and consists of single bed, side table and chair, shelves and hanging rack for your clothes. The house consists of modern furnishings with a fully equip kitchen. There is also a large garden. All the amenities are very close to the house and there is free on street parking. The house is also 2min away from the famous Holyhead pub (voted the best in Coventry) and only a short bus or train ride to Birmingham city centre. It is also within walking distance to Coventry University and the city centre. The rent comes to £70 per week and includes all bills except telephone. There is also wireless internet throughout the house. Please note that this room is available for a SINGLE STUDENTS ONLY. Sorry that i don’t have many photos of the house at this time.
