3 Double bedroom rent -WALKing distance to B'ham City Centre/ BCU / Aston uni + WIFI + Bill : Birmingham : £55pw Hi I currently have 3 lovely spacious double room in my 3 bedroom townhouse. Ive got a job in Manchester and Im forced to move out but rent out my house. I already have 1 person (make young engineer working at the university) who has recently moved. He is clean and to be honest I am looking for people who are fun loving, clean and would treat my home as a home. The House Both premises are 3 stories townhouse. All double rooms and both houses were only refurbished 2 years ago. So you have got new kitchen units, tiles, bathtub etc... There is a new kitchen and has everything you would expect in a kitchen, washing machine, toaster, fridge freezers etc. Central heating and installation in the house with double glazing windows. I’ve paid for the British gas home care insurance so if anything goes wrong the gas and electric engineer will come out immediately. Location 20 mins walk from the city centre so most mornings we just walk it as a morning exercise as its nice weather now. At the end of the road there is a small shopping centre and bus stop with buses to the city centre every 5 mins. It’s a 3-5 mins bus ride from town so the bus fair is cheap (short hop ride) rather than the full fare. If you drive the house is 2-3 mins from the motorway, a road away from the Birmingham ring road and ‘A’ roads leading to Walsall and Sutton Coldfield. As this house is just outside the city centre ring road there is plenty of FREE off road parking. Brilliant location if you want to go to the city centre to catch the train, go anywhere in the midlands or go on the motorway heading neither north or south. Amenities Less than 1 minute walk from the house, there is a mini shopping centre with supermarket, post office, cafe etc... To be honest, as we are so near city centre, your main place to shop will be the city centre as you will be able to get cheap and fresh fruit and vegetables there and your local will be any bars and pubs in the city centre. I guess it is a good thing to have that as your local but be far enough from the city centre so you down upstairs from the busy night life. As we live so near the city centre, most of the buses going to North Birmingham will pass through here, so there is a bus and from town approx every 5minutes. Rent: If you want to compare to other places it is £55 exclusive. I have spoken to the landlord and they both have agreed to pay for all bills (water, council tax, communal TV licence, plus wireless broadband) except for the gas and electricity. This is because if there are rooms are not occupied then there will be no one to share the bills with, subsequently the cost will be more than usual. To be honest if the rooms aren’t filled it isn’t really your fault. Therefore, all you need to pay for is £10 per person per week which is £65 per week inclusive of everything but gas and electric no matter if there are 4 people in the house or just you. Anything else you wanna know please give me a call. If you want to pop round to see the property please give me a call and I will get the current tenant or a neighbour to show you around.
