Broadband internet (wireless) and water are included in rent. Two rooms have double beds - all have wardrobes and desks, drawers and bedside cabinets. You'd be sharing with a male postgraduate from Britain. The house is 25 mins walk from Warwick university, or 5 mins walk from bus routes to university or town centre. It's also close to Westwood Science Park and Tile Hill/Torrington Avenue industrial estate. The house is non-smoking - so available to non-smokers only.
