House is spacy and cosy with a recently renewed kitchen and a large common room. House is fully furnished. It takes about 15-20 min. to get to campus by bike and about 10 minutes by bus. To Coventry city center it takes about 20 min. by walk. The price of the room set by Warwick Accommodation is 71 pounds per week, but it probably might be less after fairly reconsidering room prices between tenants. The room is located in first floor. Girls in the house are second year biomedicine, law and psychology students.
