It has a living/communal room, large kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a shower). The house also has a garden with a bbq/patio area. All bills: fast speed broadband internet, tv, gas, electricity and water included in price. Currently one room occupied by a couple. (It's my parents' house) Must also mention that we have a small dog (little terrier type) staying with us whilst my parents are away so housemate would ideally be ok with dogs!
