Room comes with a small store room where you can put all the suitcases and or the stuff you do not require. there are four guys living in the house at the moment all full time workers, everyone has set jobs for the week allocated to them which they must do. Cleaning is a must! The house is for MALE occupants only Females needn't reply or call this doesn't mean to be sexist but in a house full of testosterone a female can stir things up LOL. The rent is £150 and £100 deposit is required, Electric and gas bills are every quarter which are not more then £20 t0 £30 per person on top of that the house offers a 20mb fast speed Virgin Broadband service which is on a monthly contribution of £4. per person. We provide freshly home made food for all the occupants, this can be anything from Curries, Biryanies or Roti, One guy cooks the food and he is so damn professional! Once if you come visit the house you wont be disappointed as we have a very good brother hood in the house where we joke around and have fun with each other, go movies and on weekends eat out as well!
