Newly formed grad houseshare : Edgbaston : £67pw
Newly formed grad houseshare : Edgbaston : £67pw Hi We have just one place left. A double bedroom with shared ensuite bedroom. We are two girls, one guy. Lizzie who has moved recently in works in healthcare. Im training to be a teacher and Lewis is a surveyor. We all graduated from various uni's and moved into this Birmingham House share as a great way of getting to know more people. Ideally we’re looking for someone who wants more than just a room and is looking to make friends and socialise. Maybe you’re new to the city and want to meet new people or just want to expand your social circle? Most of us are new to the house so its a pretty good time to join. Really we just want people who are willing to come to the pub, go on nights out and to watch telly with. The house has a couple of off road parking spaces to the front, and rear of the house. It has the usual mod cons including 10mb broadband, dishwasher etc All bedroom are furnished with a double bed, good quality mattress, double wardrobe and 5 drawer chest. They have wireless and wired internet connections (10Mb broadband). Bills are circa 75pcm. The house has a shared kitchen/ diner, dining room, lounge, plus a big garden/outdoor seating area perfect for the summer time. Only minutes walk from Bearwood High street where you'll find supermarkets, buses and pubs. Easy 15min bus ride into the centre of Birmingham. We're around most eves mid week from about 7pm, so just drop us an email with a preferred date and your profile telling us a bit about yourself and we’ll get back to you. Many Thanks Lizzie, Ed, Jess, & Lewis http://www.gumtree.com/p/flats-houses/newly-formed-grad-houseshare--edgbaston-67pw/110035021 August 29, 2012 at 03:52PM
