DELIGHTFUL house in Selly Oak - 2 single rooms available now! : Selly Oak : £60pw Hi! I and a friend have two single rooms available to rent in a lovely house! We are looking to rent out the rooms to tidy, friendly girls. We are both postgraduates ourselves, so we would prefer slightly older students or young professionals. The house has been recently refurbished and is really lovely, fully furnished with plenty of off-road parking available.
