Cute Cottage. Single Room. Lovely village location. Close to local amenities. Easy commute to London : Rugby : £80pw I am looking for a lovely person (preferably female) to share my two bedroom cottage in a great village location near Rugby in Warwickshire. It is in a perfect location to commute to local towns and cities such as Coventry, Birmingham, Leamington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon, but is also only 50 minutes away from London Euston by train. I commute daily to Sutton Coldield in Birmingham as there is great access to the M6. The village itself is great. From the front of the house you can see green fields (at this time of year you can see the lambs in the fields) and yet you are only 5-10 mins from the town centre: the best of both worlds really! There are also 3 village pubs, which are great if you're interested in joining a local sports team or just popping in for a quick drink or for a bit of sun in the beer garden! The ready to go room is fully furnished with the added bonus of your own sink with a good view onto a private garden. The price includes all bills, use of my recently decorated living area, plasma television, Wi-Fi, shower room, private outdoor sun spot.
