Two very large double rooms available in friendly house : Coventry : £69pw I have two very large double bedrooms which will become available in September. The house is in good condition, has full central heating, and is located in one of the nicest areas of Coventry which is quiet and friendly. Shops are close by and the number 10 bus stop to the City Centre is on the same road and the 12 bus route into Warwick University is a short walk away. The house has 1 bathroom which has recently been refitted, a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and has lovely gardens at the front and rear and there are currently two postgraduate students living in the property. The rental will include: Utility bills up to a capped 'fair usage' limit. (Electric, Gas, Water) All Furniture Fridge Freezer Kitchen utensils Does not include: Council tax - (if you are a student this does not apply to you) Telephone Sky/cable TV Wireless internet ( although the current tenant do have this set up ) I would prefer students or young professionals, however I am open to applications. Upon accepting the room, I will also require proof of previous address/parents address, proof of course at university or place of work if appropriate.
