Nice and quiet attic room in a friendly house- inc. all bills & WiF : Moseley : £76pw The room is on the top floor of the house facing the garden, so it's nice and private and quiet. It's got a sloping ceiling to one side. Nice view to the rising sun trough new double glazed window. the room is fully furnished. Due to the female-male balance of the house this time we are looking for a MALE housemate. Excellent location: the house is where Moseley, Balsall Heath and Edgbaston meet, a stone's throw from Cannon Hill Park and the MAC, not far from Bham University. Eight minutes walk from Moseley Village. Very nearby buses are 35 and 1. The 61, 62 and 63, 45 and 47 are also pretty near. City centre is 7 minutes by bus. Great asian supermarkets down the road and Aldi by the MAC, both are cheap and good. The house could be particularly ideal for someone moving to Brum who would like to begin the friend making process by living with a warm, friendly & considerate bunch of people. There's a vague creative slant to the house - one of us plays beautiful soft acoustic guitar, and then we got a busy composer/violin player, an african drummer and a couple of interesting, good lads. As for myself Im an artist. And what's more: we got two charming cats: Bayleaf and Oscar:) We established a 'house-band' - It's Electro Bayleaf -playing experimental noises/music on various kitchen equipments (no musical instruments are involved). So for this reason we are looking for someone who could join the band.:) But of course it is not compulsory! It is just good fun that we do sometimes! There's a biggish garden with an apple tree and vegetable garden , and nice, friendly neighbours . Also when there is nice weather we do little gatherings, barbecue by the fire.:) The heating runs most of the day in the winter. And also all the windows of the house had been changed to double glazed ones. - good for someone who studies or works odd hours. You won't be cold when you're at home! We have two showers and two loos, - there's also a bath. The £330 includes all bills, wifi and your contribution towards the house 'kitty', which pays for loo roll, washing up liquid, bin bags and so on. We have a cleaner (me:)), who cleans all shared spaces very well once a week. We are pretty tidy generally anyway, tho not obsessive :) Smoking is okay in the garden, not in the house.
