New Household - sociable male 20 something grad wanted : Edgbaston : £69pw A new chapter. We James, Emily, Ashley and Jessica have recently moved into this house. We didn't know each other before before moving in, we all had new jobs in Birmingham, having graduated from various unis around the country. We are now looking for another youngish (22-28) grad to join us. So a bit about us. We are two guys, and two girls. I'm James graduated from Sheffield Hallam University last year with a degree in Computer Aided Design Technology which was followed by spending the summer travelling America. I'm interested in all sports, going out on the town, pub quizzes, football, going to the gym & golf + willing to try new things given the opportunity. Emily works in Recruitment, she was originally from Kent then, Liverpool Uni and now has been in Birmingham for around 2 years. We're a pretty laid back group, always willing to get stuck in with the chores etc around the house... The house is well equipped with a good sized lounge, kitchen diner, 3 bathrooms, 2 utilities. Off road parking, broadband. TV, Internet and phone points in all rooms. Recently refurbished to a high standard, well insulated, many period features, finished in a modern contemporary style. House is located on a quiet street close to shops, restaurants gyms etc in Bearwood. Easy access to city centre, A public transport links. Our landlord has 5 other graduate house shares in the same road, many of whom we socialise with - see gradcommunity. In summary a high quality house with a great social atmosphere, in good location. Mon-Thurs eves from 6.30pm are most convenient for viewings as we can all be around to meet you. Can also arrange viewings at the weekend, if you are from outside of Birmingham.
