Four of our housemates are moving out due to job changes or taking the plunge to moving in with a partner. It will be a great time to get involved, as we will ideally be looking for people who are new to the area and have a desire to meet people and go out do sports etc. We enjoy socialising, nights out, keeping fit (cycling, running, swimming, Keep-fit), house visits to the pub etc...generally looking for housemates who are sociable, with similar interests, who are willing to chip in with household tasks and who are keen on socialising and meeting new people. Looking for a sociable and friendly person who may be new to the city and looking to make some new friends, in a new house. The house consists of of 5 bedrooms and a self contained flat at the rear of the house, 2 laundry rooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. Rent will be £300 pcm plus circa £70 for bills. There is off road parking to the property at the front of the house as well as a secure car park for the house opposite if you don't wish to park on the road. As the house is only 2 miles from the city centre there is good transport links at the end of the road with regular buses.
