The other room has been let to a male, professional, in his 20's. Rent will include the council tax and water rates, so only electric to pay on top (no gas in the flat). The room is let as unfurnished, however we would be able to furnish the room if required. The flat has off-road parking and a garage, communal gardens and is close to Worcester city centre. Only a 15-20 minute walk to town and all stations and easy access to M5. The flat has a large bathroom, a kitchen & a large living room/dining area that would be shared with the other tenant. The rent is £335 pcm which works out to £77.50 per week. We would prefer the rent to be paid monthly. The deposit required is £280. The flat is non-smoking so a smoker would have to go out side to smoke. Pictures show a single bed in the room but a double will fit with room for a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
