The room consists of a king-size double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of draws, TV/DVD player and built in wardrobe. There is also plenty of room for any of your own furniture, such as mirrors, chest of draws, desk etc. There will be broadband with WIFI and bills such as Electricity, Gas, Sky and water will be paid for by myself. I'm ideally looking for another young professional like myself, preferably a non-smoker and strictly no couples, DSS or JSA. Also, I would like to let the room out for between 6-10 months, but I am flexible.
