I have got an en-suite double room available in two bad apartment in the city centre, less than 8 mins to Mailbox and Broad Street, and 5 mins Five way station, 10 mins to New Street station. I have a lovely big balcony and the living room is spacious too. You'll be sharing with a Korean girl who is studying on her master degree in the University of Birmingham. She is outgoing and friendly. If you are interested in Asian culture, I would be great an opportunity ! It's a NON-SMOKING flat and no couple , pets allowed unfortunately!
