Garden at the back with strewberrys (so just pick and eat as you please) Kitchen Drive (garage) at the front Large kitchen, with washing machine, toaster. kettle etc... Double glazing Power shower Central heating 2 toilets in the house (trust me, it is worth its weight in gold when you need it ;P ) Carpeted floor Amenties : Post office/ supermaket / bus stop literally 2mins walk or down the road. Students: Only accepting clean students who wants a place to relax, live and study. There are a lot of mature students/ families/ young professional living around the house, so house parties every night wont go down too well. Aston uni / BCU city centre campus / Matthrew Bolton College / Birmingham City Centre : It will take you approx 15- 20mins to walk to the city centre. As we are just a few stops from City centre, you pay the short hop price, and most of the buses going to north Birmingham passes through here, so you will be able to jump on any one of them, bus journey to City centre is approx 3-5mins. BCU Perry Barr Campus : Direct bus, 3mins walk from the house. The bus takes approx 20mins. BCU Perry Barr Campus : You can walk it to Jewellery Quater from the house or there is a Direct bus you can take when it is a bit cold or if your running late.
