20 something grad to share five bed grad houseshare : Edgbaston : £58pw We are two guys 22-27, two girl. We enjoy a few sports and sampling some of the delights of Birmingham’s night life. We graduated from universities outside of the region and met upon moving into this houseshare, which has proved to be a good way of adapting to life in a different city. The room available is a large single bedroom. If you are new to Birmingham, this houseshare which could provide an ideal stepping stone for you to meet new people and get things off to a good start. Well equipped with usual mod cons LCD TV, 10mb broadband, ice maker etc. Our landlord is pretty good at getting things fixed fairly quickly too. We are looking for someone who is fairly easy going, and who cares more about the people they live with than the roof over their head.
