2 fantastic well furnished rooms in female houseshare solihull lodge : Kings Heath, Solihul Lodge : £60pw Hi there, I have a 2 double room available in a 3 bed all professional house share near in between Kings Heath and Solihull Lodge. They are available immediately. The kithcen/lounge are fully furnished with modern appliances including tv, boradband and phone package. There is a wireless router for the broadband. The rooms are £60 per week for the smaller room and £70 per week for the larger room. The rooms are excellently furnished with double beds and matching furniture and are very clean and tidy. The house is newly refurbished. I pay the council tax and the water. Gas and electricity and internet are split between the tenants. There is off road parking and a lovely garden with a huge decking area which is great in the summer. There are lots of very convenient shops located one minutes walk from the house including haridressers, butchers, bank, wilkinsons, subway etc and a sainsburys. There is a public leisure centre ten mins walk away and buses run from right outside the house in to bham city centre every 15 minutes. Buses also run in to Solihull every 20 minutes. M42 junstion 3 is only a 5 minute drive away. The deposit is one months rent. There is no minimum contract...all I need is one months notice if you want to move out.
