Two grad wanted to share newly formed houseshare : Edgbaston : £67pw We have one space now and one on the first of July. We are looking for a girl and a guy, who are sociable fun grads, to share our great house in Edgbaston. We're looking for someone who's up for getting involved in our house trips to the pub, eateries, and other fun outings to the cinema and house parties. It's a perfect place for someone wanting to meet new people in the Birmingham area (we were all vew to Birmingham). We have our own 10mb cable Internet line, a 32" LCD TV, and everything in the house is pretty newly fitted. We have a cleaner who pops round every week to keep things tidy, so if you're a Monica you won't be disappointed. The house is well equipped with a lounge, kitchen diner, three bathrooms, and two washing machines. There's also a dryer, which makes clothes go from wet to toasty. We have TV aerial, phone and Internet points in all of our rooms, too. The house is always warm in winter, but with summer on its way we'll more likely be lounging around in our HUGE garden (complete with its own badminton court and little pond). There are seven other gradcommunity houses in the same Road, so pretty easy to get a social life without having to go to far. We look forward to hearing from you.
