Rugby Low cost accommodation for the right person : Rugby : £12pw A friendly, chatty 88 year old lady is looking for someone to Share her house in Rugby, primarily for companionship and the reassurance of someone living with her. In return for the low cost accommodation, she would enjoy some friendly company and also a little practical help – up to, but no more than 10 hours a week - with a little shopping, cooking, light tidying and other small errands and tasks that may crop up [she’s actually quite self-sufficient]. You must be a non-smoker. The cost is just £50 per month, and the lady will pay utility bills. However, if she loses her single person council tax discount as a result of you moving in, then she would ask for a contribution of no more than £50 per month [to be agreed]. Full-time students are exempt. You are fully able towork or study during the day as long as you are available up to 10 hours per week to offer practical help such as cooking during the week and some friendly company. She has a weekly cleaner, but you would be responsible for cleaning your own room and leaving the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy after use. It is a four-bed detached house set back from the road, and also has a large rear garden. There is a separate sitting room if you wanted to watch different programmes on TV, for example. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. There is a bus stop opposite the house, with buses every 15 minutes into town [which is only 1 mile away]. There is currently no broadband, but you could use a dongle, or the lady would be happy for you to pay for a broadband service to be added to the landline. The lady enjoys going on outings. On TV she enjoys nature programmes, quizzes, news, historical programmes and dramas. She used to be a Biochemist.
