Marvellous house : Selly Park : £65pw Hi, I’m looking for two new housemates for a 3 bedroom house in Selly Park. My current housemate’s moving out at the end of the month to get a place with his girlfriend, and I'm just finishing putting a floor and new hatch in the attic which will make the 3rd (front) room clear again at the end of July. The house is very near Canon Hill Park, on a cycle path to the centre, with regular buses to Selly Oak, Kings Heath and the Centre. The house and bedrooms are fully furnished and double, with a tidy back garden. The downstairs front room is used as a 2nd lounge/spare room. Rent is £280pm, which includes council tax, broadband, tv, phone rental etc, all except gas and electric which is around £30-40 per week. The good rate reflects the fact that the rooms aren’t enormous. I’m into, and do a lot of mountain biking and mountaineering weekends, and hopefully windsurfing again when I get it going, plus the odd game of pool/biking/climbing/cinema in wk.
