The house is a good size and has a very modern interior that makes it not your average student house! It has a living/communal room, large kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a shower). The house also has a garden with a bbq/patio area. All bills: fast speed broadband internet, tv, gas, electricity and water included in price. Currently two of the rooms are occupied (1 PhD student and one student couple). We're an easy going/gay friendly house. Two of the other rooms are about to be occupied by two more UoB students. Must also mention that my dog (little terrier type) will be staying from around 1st July onwards as my parents are going abroad) so housemate would ideally be ok with dogs! We are looking for very clean and friendly housemates (male or female) who are looking for short term rental contracts (2-3 months), The house is currently on the market, yet to be sold, so we can offer the rooms until the house is taken over. There will also be the option of starting a new rental contract at our new place from September onwards. Location will be either Harborne or Selly Oak. The prices are reduced by £20 per week purely because the contract is short-term! My parents own the house so we're flexible with rental terms and easy going.
