Large houseshare - new grads nr TGI Fridays : Edgbaston : £69pw Hi, we are three girls and three guys aged 21-30 looking for a one male housemates and a female housemate to keep the numbers even. We are all graduates who have moved to Birmingham in the last couple of years for work. We work in teaching, games programming, digital marketing, law and retail management. We socialise together pretty often (pub, cinema, meals out etc.). We like to do Come Dine With Me nights every Wednesday so being willing to cook is a must! Other than this, our hobbies including squash, going to the gym, music, football, and travelling. The house is a 30 minute walk from Birmingham city centre, just off the Hagley Rd and there are regular buses into town (every couple of minutes during the day). We have 2 good pubs and a couple of good restaurants all within stumbling distance of our house. The house comprises of a living room, dining room, kitchen and 8 bedrooms. The rooms that are available are priced at £300pcm plus £70 a month for all bills, including Virgin media broadband. There is plenty of on and off road parking. Anyway, to cut to the chase, we are after fairly laid-back, sociable guys and girls who will come to the pub with us.
