Fun grad houshare -male wanted nr City Centre - parking : Edgbaston : £69pw We are 3 girls, 2 guys 22-28 years old, mix of accounts, planning, cardiologist, retail and sports psychologist so we cover a fair few professions! Graduated from London, Plymouth, Edinburgh and Leicester so we have a few excursions and weekends away to get involved with. We are quite a sporty house (running, gym and netball) and also like some other bits such as painting, watching films and of course, going out! The room available is a large double with shared bathroom (between 1 other lovely person). The house is close to the city centre, a very spacious grade II listed, many original features. Usual mod cons, internet, off road parking, 2 laundries. etc separate dining area We are looking for a fun and sociable, preferably female housemate.
