The house is clean and well looked after. With regular cleaners and gardener. We like being able to hang out in the garden when possible, and the house is nice and well looked after throughout by house mates too which is important. There's a few other social houses locally that are part of our House Share Hookup facebook group, where we often plan activities together and meet up and go out. Plus, even though the walls and doors are solid and virtually sound proof, you can pick up a strong signal any where in the house from the broadband superhub, which means you get fast and reliable internet which is important to most of us at the house. There's also a well equipped kitchen, which is good as those of us that enjoy cooking take turns to cook! We are planning a BBQ over the bank holiday so maybe come by and meet the group while we're off work and enjoying the break!
